I get into moods where I like to dress in monochromatic colors hence the all grey tones with this outfit. I went for longer lengths with this denim waistcoat & blouse and styled it with the same THE LOFT jeans I've been wearing on repeat.
It's hard to have faith in ourselves when things aren't going the way we had planned. We may wake up in the morning feeling like a complete train wreck and not knowing how to deal with everything that is going on in our lives. But the thing we forget is we don't have to stay in that funk. We have choices! We can choose to stay in a dark place or choose to see the light at the end of tunnel. I'm not saying it's easy to have a positive mindset when things go to shit but it's better to try then to sink and stink in a pile.

1. KNOW YOUR STRENGTH, CELEBRATE IT
2. CALL A FRIEND FOR SUPPORT, STRENGTH IN NUMBERS
3. EAT HEALTHY, YOU EAT LIKE SHIT YOU FEEL LIKE SHIT
4. PRAYER, PRAY TO GOD OR WHOEVER YOU BELIVE IN PUT YOUR TROUBLES OUT INTO THE UNIVERSE
5. EXERCISE, RELEASE THOSE ENDORPHINS
