(jacket BUFFALO EXCHANGE, dress TROUVE, sandals STEVE MADDEN, socks & eyeglasses AMERICAN APPAREL)
I am absolutely in love with this vibrant red denim jacket I got at work. The bejeweled black flowers are stitched on and give it a DIY patchwork vibe. It is definitely going to be fun styling it as the main focus of an outfit because the color is super bold. I down played the western feel of the jacket by wearing this black TROUVE dress and accessorized with white lace socks and my silver STEVE MADDEN sandals. A very unexpected combo which is how I get dressed almost every day by pairing clothing articles that usually wouldn't go together. It's my favorite way to style outfits because it creatively challenges me to come up with something that makes people think (hopefully), this is where the question "JOBABYY what the hell are you wearing?!?" comes about.
This way of getting dressed helps me get out of my comfort zone and also helps me with my self confidence. And now I have this platform to express my sartorial adventures and document what I am currently inspired by!
