Looking for a wedding party dress can be a total nightmare when you have something specific in mind and are on working with a low budget! Every time I'm a guest at a wedding I never know where to start when shopping for that perfect dress with just the right vibe I'm going for. I searched every rack of all my favorite stores and finally found the dress that fit the mold of my theme.
